Yes, it's available, please have a look at the executables located in your Amesim setup directory.
Try them, many are available but you need to specify some args in the command-line.
Don't forget to set the %AME% environment variable and update the %PATH% if needed.
indeed the simulation executable is in the ame file.
From a DOS command window you could do:
AMELoad and AMESave are utilities in $AME/win32 which extract/archive the ame file.
in a bat file
CALL AMELoad ClutchInternalDamper
CALL AMESave ClutchInternalDamper

It is not possible to set a batch run with DOS command. The best you can do there is execute a batch which has been defined in your model - same as before using AMEBatch instead of model_.exe.
To define the equivalent of a batch you should start looking into the Amesim API (Python , C, VBA).
I don't think you can handle experiment with the API, you could still start saving different instances of your model....
