Q: How to solve the failure message "Failed to connect to the license server" when you launch your downloaded LMS Imagine.Lab Amesim Student Edition?

 

A:

  1. Check if an environment variable named LMS_LICENSE is set.

This environment variable will be set if you already had another license of LMS Imagine.Lab Amesim on your machine.

 

2.  If this environment variable is set, try to unset it and to restart LMS Imagine.Lab Amesim. Then the LMS Imagine.Lab Amesim Student Edition should work
