Adding a pad to non-circular geometry.

Hello,

Is there an automatic way to add a pad to a non-circular geomtery? I understand the meshing toolbox has an easy feature for circular geometries. I'm hoping to avoid manually drawing point to edge curves a couple dozen times.

From the menu - Geometry - Curve From Surface - Offset Curve/Washer.  Set the dialog box up as shown here -

Make sure you turn off "AutoSelect Surfaces", with this on, FEMAP will burn into all surfaces connected to the selected curves, you want to burn in only to the outside surface.  Hit "OK" and and pick the curves. Since AutoSelect is off, you will then be prompted for which surface to burn into, choose the other surface and you will get -
