In the FreeBody Toolbox, click the "List force balance interface load" icon.

If you are interested in the individual nodal interface forces, select "List contribution details" and "Calculated nodal sums".  Select either "Data Table" or "Clipboard" for Destination.  If you select "Clipboard" you can paste the data directly into Excel.  If you select "Data Table" the loads are printed to the Data Table.  From the Data Table the loads can be copied and then pasted into Excel.
