How to make sure all entities are grouped?

Pioneer

I am working wiht a very large model and since I would like to use the API which allows to export the models by groups I need to know if all my elements, nodes, properties etc. are included in a group otherwise they will not be exported.

How can I perform this check before exporting? Right now I am exporting the groups, then I add them to the run file by means of includes and if I do not get fatal messages then I know all the entities have been exported.

Is there a way to do it before exporting everything?

Thank you!

Hi,

Checking that all entities are in a group: Group > Operations > Boolean > "Not in Any" + select all your groups

FEMAP will create a group containing any entity not in a group

Checking that no entity is in more than one group: this time use "Only in One"

FEMAP will create a group containing all entitiens only in one group => you should get a group with your entire model in it

Checkout Help > Commands > 6.4.3.2 Group, Operations Menu
