Problem applying line loads to cuves

Experimenter
Experimenter

I am having issues applying loads to curves.

it appears as though in every location there are multiple coincident curves, and as such only 1 of these multiple curves has mesh associated to it. The only way I can apply loads is to add line loads to all the coicident curves. This is a problem as I have no confidence that the correct laods are being applied.

Is there any way to combine these curves? I have tried geometry, solid, clean up; tools, check, coincident curves; and modify, update associativity, automatic but to no avail.....

I have also tried deleting curves to ensure all redundant curves are removed.

Does anyone ave any suggestions?

The only work around to this problem that i can think of is to apply the load to all coincident curves, analysing the model and when I get the error "Unable to expand foce per length..." and then deleting the load applied to that curve, but I can't find away to delete a load on an individual curve in a load set if the load has been applied to multiple curves......

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to attach the model, but the model is too large to upload.

Cheers,

Craig
