SOL701 STAMPING

Hi!
I'm new in SOL 701.
Now I am trying to simulate simple stamping process. You can see it on the picture below. I think the problem in material options, but can't understand where it hide.
 Solver gave me those output data

SOL701 is for very short duration dynamic events.  You should use either SOL601 Static or Transient.

Did you apply the load as a time-based load?

Hello!

Unless your stamping velocities are very high, these stamping problems can usually be modelled as a static nonlinear problem. In your case, can you try SOL 601,106 instead of SOL701?

 

When defining your step, make sure you use enough increments per step to ensure convergence in the Newton-Raphson solver. (Solver options)
