default subcase names displayed when defining multiple subcases using multiset

Hi,

I'm relatively new to FEMAP. When I set up an analysis with multiple subcases to be run separately (for instance an inertial load run in x-dir, in y-dir, and in z-dir), I chose "Multiset" and then gave each Case a title name and a label name. When I bring the results in to FEMAP, either by importing the results or attaching a file (I requested an .op2 results file), the names of the load case results are displayed as "MSC/NASTRAN Case 1" , "MSC/NASTRAN Case 2", etc. instead of the descriptive name I provided. I've checked that my bdf file contains the subcase title/label as well.

What can I do to make FEMAP recognize my subcase title or label? I am using FEMAP 11.3.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Wendy

CTRL+SHIFT+P (or File...Preferences)

Then Results...Nastran Options...4.Subtitle, Label

You'll need to shift back to 0.Standard if you want the natural freq. included in the title for those runs.
