Contact analysis failure FATAL Message 9143

Pioneer
Pioneer
I have a model which represents a solid component (tets) attached to a flat plate of shell elements using rigid links.
I am trying to use a connector between the adjacent surfaces to simulate the contact.
If I run a static analysis with the connector disabled, I get a solution.
A modal analysis using Glued Contact also appears to works correctly.

With the connection enabled, I get the following error message when running a static analysis;
^^^ USER FATAL MESSAGE 9143 (SUPER3)
^^^ THE SOLUTION FOR THE RESIDUAL STRUCTURE DOES NOT EXIST.
*** USER INFORMATION MESSAGE 4110 (OUTPX2)

Any clues as to the cause??

Thanks,
Carlton.

Dear Carlton,
Give us more information of the model, you mention you have "rigid elements" but also you comment to use contact elements. I can't figure if the problem is caused by the type of rigid elements used (RBE2??) of the definition of the contact type (Glue contact or Surface-toSurface contact??).
Also, post an image of you model, an image is better than 1000 words!!.
Best regards,
Blas.
