Need help for advanced simulation sol 108_ direct frequency response

Hi I am a new user to NX 8.5. I have experience using sol 101 and 103 for my simple case simulation. But when I am try to do with sol 108, I encounter problems since I am not used it yet. I using constraints and load as same as I had been used in sol 103 but in sol 108, during the solving process, there are an error showing " no forcing frequency define in step "subcase_direct frequency 1" . What and how should I do to correct it?

Is there any link/web/video that I can refer to learn more on cases that use the different type of solver.?

fezalbp,

Two significant changes for SOL 108 relative to 101 and 103 are:

  1. You need to specify the solution frequencies. This is done on the FREQ* cards in NX Nastran. In NX, this is a forcing frequency modeling object selected on the Solution Step dialog.
  2. You may want to define frequency dependent loads rather than constant loads.

Section 6.9 of the NX Nastran Basic Dynamic Analysis User's Guide contains frequency response analysis examples.
