I'm trying a simple topology optimization using NX Nastran Topology Optimization feature. The geometry is a simple one: A block with a fixed boundary condition on one side and a normal force on another side (See attached file).
I'm following the topology optimization guidline profided by Siemens (See attached file).
However, The solution never converge and I always get a Fatal Error:

I attached the F06 file in this document. Please let me know if you have suggestion on how to move forward from here.
