SOL 159 fatal message after adding latent heat

Hi, 

 

I would like to model the effect of latent heat with SOL 159. I added the latent heat of vaporization in the MAT4 card:

I also used the following TSTEPNL and PARAM cards:

I utilized NDAMP to allow for damping. I also increased MAXBIS to 9 to increase the maximum number of bisection step.

 

However I still got the following fatal message:

If I removed the latent heat property then the solution will proceed fine without the fatal message. Any one has any suggestions?
