How to run a bat-file in a linux server using acoustic solver?

Guys please help me with this.

I just install a acoustic solver in the linux server.

I open VL in windows and my CATAnalysis, launch my case in manual mode (files are saved in the specified directory, no calcualation is done), save my CATAnalysis and close VL.

Then I go the specified directory and try to launch the calculation manually (e.g. by launching the bat-file).

The question is.. how i want to launch the calculation manually? what file should i run? are there any command to execute it ?
