So you answered your own question: it is a static load, so SOL101 is the way to go. As far as fatigue, if nothing changes, you can't really fail in fatigue...
90 days sounds like a creep problem. Creep would require creep material properties and a nonlinear solution sequence - 106, 401 or 601,106.
