In order to speed up the NX Flow meshing, I just extracted a quarter of the entire cooling configuration. Then I have performed a meshing for such a truncated system (write solver input file). In that case I haven't gotten any error message but the resulting mesh is bad as you can see in the picture below:
It is not possible to refine the surface mesh anymore because of a huge ammount of the disk space needed to store the mesh data (ca. 2GB for the quarter model). Therefore I guess that the mentioned "Code 60 error" may be caused by an overflow of some internal buffer involved in the meshing.
Have anybody an idea how to avoid a weird meshing for the configuration considered?
