Response simulation graph export .csv

[ Edited ]

I am evaluating a nodal function response in response simulation. I saved the graph as a .csv file. I would like to make a excel graph from these data. There are 3 columns with values in the  csv file. The first is the x-axis, I suppose. The second seems to be the Y-axis, but there are several negative values that are not present in the graph. The third column I do not have any idea.

What are the negative values and how to make a graph if this data?Capturar.JPG

This is a response spectrum so it contains complex data. The first column is the frequency. The next two columns are the complex response: second column is the real part, third column is the imaginary part.
