WARNING MESSAGE 660 (IFP1D)

Hello,

I am making a calculation with simcenter3d in which I have 1d and 3d elements.
When I go to calculate I get a message that says:

WARNING MESSAGE 660 (IFP1D)
ABOVE PARAM CARD IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CASE CONTROL.
INVALID RESULTS MAY OCCUR. PLEASE MOVE IT TO THE BULK DATE.

Can someone help me solve it?

Thank you.

Carlos

Re: WARNING MESSAGE 660 (IFP1D)

Do you know if the input deck was manually edited before the solve? Does the model solve when you move the particular PARAM line to the Bulk Data section?

If the input deck was not edited before the solve, you should contact customer support and ask them to investigate if the software writes the parameter card incorrectly to the case control section.

Most likely, you have a PARAM defined at the CASE CONTROL level instead of BULK DATA level.  NX11 UI allows for this and it is in fact easy to add the PARAMs at the SUBCASE level by accident.  Check the "Solution" form, I bet the PARAM calls are defined in the "Case Control" tab.
