I checked the nonlinear elasticity in my material and created a nonlinear analysis, but I get the following error :
my material props are the same as the linear one, meaning : the young modulus , poison , etc

Maybe you must add nonlinear stress-strain curve to your material because now it is nonlinear. Post here whole f06 file and part of dat file with material card, or whole femap model, if there are no restrictions on it.
I have some restrictions yes
which parts of f06 are important ?
I have not defined the sn curve , where do I insert that ? I didn't see an option for this

You define model via Femap or using text? Also you use SOL 106 or 601?
Note that you second pont of function must be sigma_yeld/E, sigma_yeld - no more, no less.
I will post here working example with nonliear plastic material, when i get to computer with it.
And also - you always can use linear material in nonlenear analisys - if you dont have nonlinear properties and you dont need it, then it will be the best solution.
In the bulk data file you should see material definition that looks like this:
You must select the function here:
The function must start at 0.0,0.0 if you define the 3rd quadrant only
Make sure you read the QRG for MATS1 to understand the input requirements.
