Scrolling issue when selecting entities (Windows 10)

Dear Angela,

I have just updated this week the driver of the 3DConnexion to the latest release 10.2.9 for Windows 10 x64 and I am impressed: I note a big improvement now using the 3D mouse with FEMAP, run quite smooth, I suggest the update!!.

Problem solved!!!

You should turn off one specific Windows 10 mouse option.

Check the screenshot (I use Windows 10 with Russian localization if you wonder what are the strange sybmols everywhere on the screenshot).
