I don't understand very well the question, but I will give you the explanation of BASIC concepts to see if it can help you:
Parasolid is a format to import only geometry, not FEA data. FEMAP native database format has the extension *.modfem. If you create a Finite Element model in FEMAP the native file format is *.modfem.
FEMAP allows you to import a CAD model geometry using Parasolid (*.X_T format), then next you can save your FEMAP model as *.modfem.
CAD packages do not export directly the FEMAP format (*.modfem), simply export geometry that can be imported as well in FEMAP using STEP, Parasolid, IGES, ACIS, etc.. formats.
Please note that FEMAP can import Finite Element data from most of the FEM/FEA codes of the market, not only the input file but results as well. The main mission of FEMAP is to create finite element models, launch the FE solver, and postprocess results.
Please elaborate more your question to see if we can help you better, thanks!.
