Driver Function not Following Load Curve

Legend
Legend

I have defined an RPM on a shaft and assigned a loading function with time - basically for the 1st 10 seconds it does nothing and then it kicks in. However the shaft begins to rotate (in oppsosite direction) as soon as the solution starts - see images below. Force graph should be zero between 0-10 seconds but it shows load.

Have I defined something wrong?

Maybe due to rotational loading. Model have some unballance.

Hi Karachun

Unfortunatly not, I ran the same simulation with zero loading with time for the entire time stamp - zero load as expected:

However, I think I found the fix. I had truncated the loading curve - Thinking the software could interpret the remaining data. Ie Loading was defined as so:

0,0

10,0

11,1050

30,1050

but if I define each time step I get the following:

Suppose that's what assuming does!
