(I hope I put it in the right directory)
We have some simulated (Kinematic Motion Simulation) assemblies.
Now I have done a nice setup (with nx 10) for the new rendering.
And if I export my simulation (Data --> Motion Export --> animated Tiff ) it's working great.
But I cannot really use it because of the small resolution of the exported tiff. How can I set the resolution right?
Thank you very much - I'm really not finding the settig.
Or ist perhaps in some config to search for?
Did you solve your problem with low quality resolution for tif files.
I have the same issue... I have make a transient simulation in the Thermal/Flow solver and for the postprocessing the tif quality is too low. Can you let us know how to increase the export image/anaimation quality (hopefully HD if possible).
I suggest using Tools/Movie record which captures the animation on your screen in .avi. The quality will follow the settings of the 'Recording Settings' that you can tune for the Graphics Window only; and your screen resolution.
For compression on my side, I use the TechSmith CODEC that is available for download for free, my screen resolution is on 1680x1050. It gives a very good quality movie - at least for what I need on a modal simulation result.
Thank you for the reply. Using the on screen capture tools works pretty good. I used "windows button+G" to activate the Game Bar recording tool and it worked perfect. I guess that is the best easy solution to make videos with acceptable resultions.
