Motion simulation - chain and two sprockets


I have to use Motion simulation to get some dynamic parameters such as output torque
from a chain and two sprockets mechanism.
However, there are cable and gears options available, but no chain. Is there a way
to simulate the mechanism? Do I need to define links for every single link in the
chain and how to establish the chain-sprocket contact places, etc.
Any suggestions are welcome.
