Purchased app in windows store, it won't sync.

Good morning,

 

I bought the app today and the app still says i need to buy it. The icon is still gray and when clicking buy again it doesn't show anything. I reinstalled app, restarted my laptop and it doesn't help. I have the confirmation email of the purchase in windows store.

 

How do I sync this so I can use the full app i paid for?

Hi @Fiirecrash,

 

Sorry to hear about the problems you've had with your purchase.  Sometimes there is a delay in the store UI updating to reflect the purchase.  Are you still seeing the issue?

 

If so, can you let us know what version of Windows you are on, and what country you are in? 

 

Could you send us a screenshot of the Catchbook Store UI page as well?

Thanks for the update, sorry you are not up and running yet.

 

We have been investigating some issues with the Windows Store set-up.  Can you try hitting buy again (for 0€) and see if it resolves your problem? 

 

Let us know how you get on...
