I purchased the app on the Microsoft store but it is still stuck in trial mode. I can pinch it down and start a new page, but it will only draw freehand ink, not the full functionality that I paid for. I am using Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 laptop with a stylus. I am registered for the Catchbook community but I have not subscribed to "Publishing". Please help.
Can you please check and confirm if Drawing Recognition is enabled?
When you first start Catchbook you will be drawing freehand by default. Look for the icon in the Toolbar
If the icon is gray like above, you are drawing freehand. If the icon is orange, Drawing Recognition is active and it should convert your ink to precise curves.
Let me know if that works.
