The latest release of flash player is 27.0.0.130, check the add-ons section of your browser for the currently installed release.

If you have a lower release installed, make sure to update it through the Windows updates.

That's the version I have installed.  Still doesn't work in Edge browser.

@KennyG - hmm, weird! Edge is supposedly supported by this platform. I will check with our technical support and let you know what they say.

@KatieKingAnd it's only an issue with the Video upload, picture upload works fine.

@KennyG - here is the reply I got from support:

Please enable the settings of flash player from the browser settings tab as (for e.g., chrome browser by chrome wrench -> settings-> advance settings > Allow flash player) and also clear your browser cache cookies and try once. Could you please share us the screen recording of the issue so that I would see if I am missing something here. Please find the below documentation:
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-10-ie.html.

Can you try that and see if it helps?

I have cleared the browser data and attempted again.  Video as an attachment.

I am getting this message with both Chrome and IE after performing all steps suggested so far.

I ended up posting a link to the video in one of recent replies and watching this space for a solution.

Thanks @KennyG for bringing up this issue.
