Please log a request with your local GTAC organization about this. You will need to provide a SoldTo ID and have an active maintenance contract to get support.
You can contact us by calling your local GTAC support number. The phone number can be found on our GTAC support site: http://www.siemens.com/gtac under Contact Support. Hover your mouse over the GTAC Operating Hours and Phone menu option or select that option to see the local phone number to call.
Also on this website you have the option to report this problem using our web-based reporting tool. You will see the option to Create or Update an Incident Report which will allow you to do this. You will need a valid WebKey account to access the web-based tool and your SoldTo ID.
