Sign Up Using Social Accounts

When a forum user is online, it is most likely that he/she is logged into one of the popular email or social media sites like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

There are also high chances that the user will be willing to post a comment in one of the Siemens Community Forums if he/she can sign in using one of those accounts.

How soon can we have this facility:

Thanks.

Currently the registration is connected to an existing access key contained in the license file of NX.

I don't think that this restriction will be removed and social logons will be enabled. This is my personal opinion as an employee of a customer.

Enabling sign in using social media accounts will boost user particiaption in the forums enormously.

Since this is not open for public participation the web key restriction makes sure that only Siemens customers are registered. I don't think that Siemens will change this.

It is a huge change that many categories are open for public reading, but that has resulted in long time members of the superseded communities to avoid registering for this community.
