HOW transform MACHINING 3 AXLE TO 5 AXIS IN NX 8.5 WITHOUT TILT COMMAND TOOL AXIS REQUIRING OTHER License

If you have a 5 axis bundle or add-on, or turbomachinery, you should be able to use the tilt tool axis command.  Check your license file for "tilt_tool_axis".

What license do you have?

What NX release?.

Or (I did it many-many years ago, before NX, it was Unigraphics) - you can output cls-file from your 3-axis operation, load it into your exe-application and for each point calc ball center point, then tool axis vector with some tilt angle at ZM axis, then calc new tool tip point. Output it to new cls and load this cls into NX. I agree, not so easy way....
