Hi Yuri,

you´re welcome!

one remark from my side. Be careful $P_TOOLNO includes the tool number of the current active tool and $P_TOOLP includes the value of the preselected tool. So its better to set $P_TOOLNO when the toolchange is finished. So better place is the M6 metacode or the tool change subprogram.

Now I working for turret toolchanger, no M6.

And last question:

I have a same alarm for threading cycle99, I understand, tool type 120 incompatible for threading, I will find correct tool type for this case - I can know it from real CNC.

Question is - what is is type 560 for tool?

I try to set it for threadung - new error message, but - no ALARM 61212.

Would you mind adding the variable as shown below to the variable listing window:

$TC_DP1[$P_TOOLP,1]

This should overcome the problem of the fixed tool ID of 3 that you use in "$TC_DP1[3,1]".

In general NX should set the Sinumerik tool type correctly in NX 11 and higher. May be you are using older MCF and CCF files?

I was able to reproduce this error.

Please open a call on GTAC for that. There are two missing metacode in CCF file and one nc variable.

Add the following to your MCF file:

Metacodes:

ALF

DILF

Variables: (Variables)

$AC_DRF
