did you try to run the update as admin?

On my PC, the update has worked without problems.

Also (if Admin doesn't work) try turning off any virus scanning software.

explorer.exe end task worked for me.

I think this is a windows 10 thing Windows 7 workstations updated fine.

Re: Anyone having problems installing Mp3?

Reboot then kill any processes which look like Siemens processes.  When you run the update right click on the file and "run as administrator", not just being a user with admin rights.

Yes I ran as administrator and after a clean reboot. Something else is going on.

I had to reinstall MP2 that I saved to get NX to work.

Re: Anyone having problems installing Mp3?

Please be watchful for issues because it appears that mp3 had installed some files before failing so now there is a mix of mp2 and 3. Man Surprised

A while back a user recommended before applying a MP or MR we can copy your NX 12.0 folder for a backup just in case something goes awry.  Simply delete the 12.0 folder and rename the backup copy to 12.0 to get back to pre-update. A great idea since there is no method to uninstall MP's and MR's and Windows rollback is not a reliable tool.
