I have a machine with A - Rotary table attachment ( Along X) and C-Axis head that rotates about Z axis (Column).
The tool axis is horizontal (Along Y) It is like a right angle head fixed on the chuck.
I have tried configuring the below points in postbuilder
1) 4th Axis Head C in XY plane and
2) 5th Axis Table A in YZ Plane
However not able to get the output. Request the experts here to advise

Thanks for your reply. I have tried changing initial spindle axis vector. Still no luck.
Changed from default Z (K) to Y(J).
So if you set A (YZ), C (XY) and init spin axis as 010 you dont get output?
What about you MCS and operation tool axis vectors in NX?
It is possible that your case has no kinematic solution.
Dont forget to set rotary axis limits properly.

Let me try with dual rotary table kinematics as you have shown in the image.
My machine has C-Axis horizontal head as discussed earlier
Let me tell you one secret, I use table-table kinematics in every 5 axis postprocessors
