But I see difference in your programs - first one is 5axis continual and second one is 3+2..
So difference in XYZ should by OK, but you should not to use rotary axes in this mode. (PLANE)
Anyway continuous 5ax tool paths is "dedicated" for such 5ax continous output. (M128)
So only thing what is wrong in your case is outputed 5axis mode
But I still not understant why I have M128 in NX10. And why I don´t have M128 in NX12.
The PP are the same.
What I need to fix in PP, to get M128 in NX12.
The operation is simultaniom (angle of the tool change many times).
NX10 I get good NC code., but with N12 I don´t good code.

I've open your part and postprocessed with your post with both NX10 and NX12 obtaining identical output.
Are you sure you are referencing the same post in NX10 and NX12 configuration? ( for example NX12 template_post.dat could reference a different event handler)
try to put the post in an empty folder and then browse for post both in NX10 and NX12 to exclude that the problem is from configuration
