while simulating a 840D nc code witt NX9 I get the following message:
--> "Error in inverse kinematics solver"
The code looks like:
--> "N0449 X-412.67970 Y74.11190 Z100.08660 A3=-0.70162 B3=-0.12119 C3=0.70217"
How can I delete these message? Does someone knows this alarm?
Best wishes from Hamburg,
Solved! Go to Solution.
I know this alarm and you can´t delete it easily ;-)
This message comes up when the IKS can´t solve the calculation for the inverse kinemaitc due to the input (target) vector. Reasons for that can be a wrong vector or the machine kinematic is not able to move to this angles.
You can try to change the axis limits in kinematic model or MCF (I don´t know where the limits come fromin your project) that the IKS calculates another solution which can be reached from the axis.
are you sure that the kinematics - plus its axis limits - can reach the programmed position?
That looks like TRAORI in axis mode.
thanks for the fast feedback.
I already noticed that the axis limit is violated and so the alarm appears.
Ok, this problem is solved.
