Try to use the FanucFamily.CCF from NX 10.0.3 OOTB Sim08.
I made some tests with this CCF and the helical motions is working fine.

I'm having this problem also in NX220.127.116.11. I have the most up to date CCFs from this NX version. The code in question is:
G03 X.2449 Y-.1554 Z-.071 I-.29 J0.0 K-.0159
I've also tried:
G03 X.2449 Y-.1554 Z-.071 I-.29 J0.0
This alarm is the same as Chigishev showed above. getmotiontype() = "CircularLeft". I'm not even sure what a user-defined motion profile would be? If I click through the alarm, the motion executes properly, but it's not acceptable to have the customer dealing with that alarm. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
the system expects with an G2/G3 call the circle interpolation on a plane. When you program X, Y, Z coordinates within the G2/G3 call you define the circle endpoint in the 3d space but not in the plane. I´ve not checked it but how does the real control behaves with 3 coordinates for the circle endpoint? I would guess you get a error message as well.
