CSE - PLANE SPATIAL with 45/45 degree Table

Hello everbody,

 

currently I have problems with the development of a virtual DMU50 eVo linear.

I am unsure in determination of the "variable internal":

 

GV_strMachineType "T"

GV_dFourthAxisX -0.5847977528
GV_dFourthAxisY 0.5735802668
GV_dFourthAxisZ -0.5735902663
GV_dFifthAxisX 0
GV_dFifthAxisY 0
GV_dFifthAxisZ 1


Where could be the problem?

For me the settong

                             GV_strMachineType "T"

looks wrong

                             "T" --> Tool (Head/Head configuration)

but the DMU50 evo is table/table better use

                             GV_strMachineType "P" --> P == Part

I've done the change, but it still doesnt work.

I changed the kinematic model a view times and the result was the same displacement. You see it in the picture.

 

The postprocessor is correct, because the machine is still working with it.

 

What can I edit now?

A strange phenomenon has happened.


After a wide tasting phase the CSE simulation worked.
The reset of the simulation has everything discarded again and nothing worked again.
When calling a swivel operation in the PLANE SPATIAL wrong positions are approached.

 

Does anyone know the problem?

Hello Quaffe,

 

yes it works fine.

First of all I used NX8.5 and not NX9.

 

Then I chose GV_strMachineType "P" and correct global variables for rotational axis.

I have a similar problem with a DMU 80 evo machine kit in Nx9.

I have to set correct gv variables but when I use the machine code simulate in nx i have this error:

 

Unspecified error when executing method 'getJointNumber'.
Command 'SetArrayElement' called with invalid argument
Unspecified error when executing method 'CSEInitializeChannel'.

 

Anyone can help me?

Please check if you kinematic model has axis with the name defined in these global variables:
GV_strFourthAxisName
GV_strFourthAxisName
