I think I have some problems with the Program Manager.
If we use NC programs with subprogram technology like the Gildemeister structure we get many problems.
First of all, we have to post every subprogram in the cse_files. Otherwise the Program Manager doesn't get the subprograms for the simulation.
An other issue I have with "bigger" .cyc files. The Program Manager reads them, but not fully. I have to reload the whole machine, then it works.
Do you know these problems with the Program Manager?
Can I reload runtime parallel my subprograms with ACL for example?
Best wishes from Hamburg,
first of all, if I have loaded a CAM setup with CSE and create a new .cyc file, the .cyc file won't be available.
The Program Manager won't updated this change. You have to reload the whole machine, this step you don't need with older NX versions.
I tested these file combinations:
- 4 very small files (2kB - 20kB) = works fine
- 4 very small files (2kB - 20kB) + 4 very small .DEF files (500Byte - 20kB) = doesn't work
- 4 small files (2kB - 20kB) + 1 bigger file (200kB) = doesn't work
It is a very bad result. With NX10 you can choose all the files and many more and it works.
