I have problem with G-code CSE simulation for CTX 1250 Beta. Before part transfer to counter spindel - no problem, I use T10 tool - all rigth (Before_flip video, please, open archive).
But - after part transfer I want to use a SAME tool T10, but - flipped around mill spindle axis (left\right tool), and M03-M04 for lathe spindle.
And - all tool movemens looks correct, but MATERIAL removing far from tool tip.

I made experiment - I try to use flipped and noflipped tool before part transfer, in main spindle - no problem, material removing oK. I think, problem after part transfer. Have you any advise?

This is a big problem turn-milling machines.
When using the turning tool material removal takes place not on the basis of the current position of the tool. And it is very strange.
I after turn tool to re-write AC tool change commands (ToolChange file).
I subscribe to the issue. How to work material removal when changing the position of the turning tool in the spindle axis and about the axis of the machine head (DMU125FD example)
As I can see - no problem with tool rotation around spindle axis, before part transfer all looks ok. A problem appear after transfer part to counter spindle...
I had similar problem in NX8.5
After changing position of lathe tool or flipping the tool, material removal was not OK.
In my case, solution was to "refresh" tool after changing position.
I did it in the following way:

Marek, as I wrote - problem not in tool rotation or flipping, I test it and in main spindle all looks correct, for "left" tool or "right" tool, a same tool, but rotated at 90 deg in head.
Problem after part transfer to sub-spindle.
NO ANY COMMENTS FROM GURU, SENSAY, "GODFATHER" - THOMAS&THOMAS ?
Next experiment. I comment part transfer, just - LONG-LONG part. NO PART TRANSFER, but, G55 (for main spindle I use G54)
And - NO ANY MATERIAL REMOVING in COUNTER SPINDLE....

NEXT Experiment. No Part Transfer. But - independent stock (blank, workpiece) in sub-spindle.
For flipped or no flipped tool - NO PROBLEM.
