CSE origin load

Hello,

I have a CNC control that use this sintax to load origin:

Loadzero="xyz"

xyz is the mcs name in Nx cam.

Anyone have some idea how to use this sintax in Sinumerik CSE machine simulation?

Thanks

Emilio

Hi Emilio,

I hope I understood you correctly.

The command LoadZero="xyz" is similar to Fanuc/Sinumerik G53?

If so you have to customize the parser and add later the created metacode to the CCF/MCF file.

Yes Thomas you have understood well.

But the origin name is not always the same. It dipend by mcs name.

Customer use nx 10.0.3, probabily I don't have the possibility to edit parser...

Hi Emilio,

if you know the variaty of possible names then you can also use CSEPReprocessLine.

To make it simple you can replace the csys string to "G53".

Use the forum search how to use it. There are some threads about it.

Hi Thomas,

I know PreProcessLine method.

I'm trying to use but I have parse error after replace.

See the pictures.

Hello Emilio

the problem are the " inside ""

It is needed to work with \ like

replaceSubstr("LoadZero=\"G54\"",strLine,"G54")

To allow using / it is needed to change the way the internal CSE parser is working set it here:

Hope that will help
