CSE warnings on launch

Solution Partner Pioneer Solution Partner Pioneer

When simulating a laser we are using tools with number 0 and no spindle speed values set, and we are also using a mixture of MILL and WEDM MCS's.  WEDM MCS will not accept a fixture offset # so they are being treated as zero value as well.

Upon launching the ISV we get a long list of warnings that say the tool number is zero, the spindles speed is zero and the fixture offset is zero.

Simulation is working no problem because I handled all these issues in the CSE and subprograms.  It appears that the only way to dump the warnings is to check the "Don't display this message again" box.

Has anyone else waded through these waters?  A cleaner solution would be nice.

Thanks in advance

George
