CSYS Dispaly

Legend

Ever since upgrading to NX12.0.2 MP3...

Everytime I create a new file or open a file I get CSYS's displayed and I have to hide them off

Been looking for a new customer default or something, not seeing any. Any csys displayed.pngIdeas??

You mean about displayed WSC or few datum planes and CSYS (layer 61)?

In second case - when you create new model - use Blank template, without any CSYS. Or - edit your template.

No I'm talking about the little ghost XYZ CSYS at the tops of the holes and on the part coordinate system.

Very weird. I hi-light them all and hide, but don't know why they are showing up

Have you applied any Feature Based machining to the part?

Is this showing up in modeling or just manufacturing?

No I have not. Ones over the holes seem to be from helicoils in the assembly.

I have hidden them by expression, so nothing from them should be coming thru

Are they under the non timestamp geometry?

See if you can delete or place on a different layer.

Also check "Reference Set" of your machine sim components. Try using "Model."

Save before trying all this. I am just throwing things out there I would try.

These seem to be the CSYSs of the machine kinematic junctions.

You should put them on a different layer when you create the junctions or you can select "hide junctions" in the machine tool builder navigator.

I've done hide junctions in MTB, but these don't seem to follow the rule and keep reappearing

Maybe because they are in that non-time stamp geometry group

In my earlier example I seem to see them for cordinate system origins on parts, in an assembly.

Not sure why. this just started in 12.0.2
