Can you use the diameter of the cutter while choosing points for non cutting moves?

When you choose points for generic motion or non cutting moves to is it possible to offset the radius of the cutter?  RIght now I have to know the radius or diamter of the cutter and put in an offset based on that value.

When offseting from a point, the problem is what direction to offset? Since there is no "part" there is nothing to go away from.

When you define the points, where are you entering the offset?

In Generic Motion, have you looked at the Follow Part Offset subop? This will follow the part solid from a start point to an end point, with a given tool axis.

unfortunately I get a Black X on the motion for follow part offset. Is there something the operation needs to see. I chose the workpiece for the geometry.
