Catch if Tool Change Marker UDE are activated for operation

Is it possible to catch if the UDE Tool Change Marker is used in a start event?

I would like to edit my own tool change output if the toolchange is  followed by a Tool Change Marker.

How can I catch if the UDE is activated or not e.g. in the pretreatment or in any other way?

I can not find any difference in cls file if "Tool Change Marker" is activated or not. I was hoping to catch if it is activated in a service layer in Post Configurator. Is this possible?
