Currently while trying to interpolate circles I am posting in quadrents, is there a setting that allows you to post in full diameter?

Program & Tool path -> Motion

Click on  the "Circular move" block

In the bottom half of the dialog, set "Circular record" to "Full Circle"

For Heidenhain controls there is an issue with full circle, if you use arc engage and retract with look ahead enabled (M120 LA).

You will usually end up with only the engage and retract move being performed on the machine.

This only affects contact contour output with cutter compensation enabled, since then it is likely that you need to enable look ahead to stop the machine from barking at the tool path.

There was issue with output when you change from 'quadrant' to 'full circle' in post builder. Tool used to guage in the part sometimes. I am not sure whether this problem has been resolved or not. See image for clarification.

I also have seen issues with arcs when "full circle" is enabled.

ALL my posts output quadrant limited arcs.
