Is there a version you CAN open the file in?
If so, I'd try open in that version then "save as" to a different name.
Then do a "file cleanup" and save again to yet another name.
See if either of those 2 files are OK
If not, it looks like your file is corrupt. GTAC *may* be able to help you, but probably not.
Is there a backup copy somewhere you can test?

First, you need to confirm in what version the part file is saved.
Start > Siemens n.n > NX Tools > Command Prompt, and enter ug_inspect followed by the path to your part file.
If the part is saved in the current or older version, it should open. If it does not, contact GTAC to diagnose the problem.
You could also use the refile_part and ug_inspect utilities to correct some problems with corrupted part files.
