Re: Customization shop doc toolist

I don't think you'll be able to get max/min Z (and possibly other things) using the actual NX "Shop docs" module.

I create my "shop docs" like files by saving data while posting and then using regular tcl code to create an HTML file at the end.

if you "source" in tcl files to your post, you can use the same code for all posts.  Custom commands ("PB_CMD_*") can be created in the first post you work on, then exported to a tcl file that can then be imported into other posts, so all you have to do is "drag-n-drop" them to the right events/locations.

I'm not sure what the new "work instructions" can do.

You might want to check & report when different operations (that use the same tool) use different feeds & speeds

Anyone help pls!!!!

Re: Customization shop doc toolist

If you turn on the review tool, I suspect you will find that those mom variables are not defined.

If you are cycling tools in the tool view, there is no speed or feed, because those are stored in the operations.

Like I (tried to) say - you may have to do this in the POST.

I would just create as an HTML document, and ignore Excel.
