Hello!

I want to show our real project for dental abutment CNC milling. NX12, for STL-body milling we try to use Guiding Curves drive method and - for some cases - our UGOPEN application:

What are you missing with Guiding Curves that you had to use a USOPEN application? Was it only for managing / Automation or lack of functionality?

@Eddy_Finaro , we try to do all milling operations without NXOPEN, but..

 

1. We have two guide curves as cylinder edges, but NX calculate milling for full convergent model

2. Sometime we have undercutting convergent body
