Hi all,

 

I am trying to 'Simulate Machine Code file' but I get this error when the program tries to execute G03.

'Simulate machine' works fine.

 

Any help?

1. If your operation with Cutter Compensation - set check box "Use Tool Radius" in Simulation Setting
2. Check your postprocessor output for IJK and G02 G03 settings in MCF - must be a same, for example inc vector from center to start.

Generally the CSE driver has a tolerance setting of 0.01 mm for the arc end point error, but yours is 0.4 mm away, so check how the arc is setup as @Chigishev mentioned.
