Error while posting a Tapping Operation through Heidenhain Tnc Postprocessor.

Hi @Stefan_Pendl  and all

I have created a simple drilling and tapping operation on NX 12. For drilling operations my Heidenhain post post processor is perfectly generating NC codes. But for Tapping Nx returns an error.

Please some one help me in resolving this issue. thanks in advance

Post processor's files (Which is post configrator based) and part file is attached here.

MOM_util_print

there is "probably" problem with writing a ces file mom_information.out, etc...

Because in your tapping is generated some messages (informative or error).

 

Overide MOM_util_print or solve acces (?)

thank you for your reply.

 

I have resolved this problem by myself ,Actually problem was occured due to absense of initial move in tapping operation.

Now i set initial move by setting the clearance plane and thus my problem is resolved automatically.

Ok but error you get has different cause. So you didnt solve problem directly I think.
Tool path without initial move is not so problem that should create an error message. It is possible that soon or later you will get error message again.
