In the cutting parameters is roll over edge enabled?

Which faces are in the cut area? If the cut area is only the faces you want ot cut, it should not roll over.

 

You can also limit what happens at the edge of the cut area with the setting Cutting > Containment > Uncut Corners > Find Corners > Within Cut Area. 

 

If this does not solve it, please post a picture with higher resolution, and geometry highlighted.

Roll over is not enabled.

You can see  the second jpeg file the tool path is not curled, only difference in both the tool paths is the tool dia used
